Stratawise Investments is a trade name used by Saji John for mutual fund distribution. It is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser and does not represent itself as providing fee-based investment-advisory services. Investors are responsible for reviewing scheme documents and making their own investment decisions.

Commission disclosure

The distributor may receive commission from Asset Management Companies for investments made in regular plans. Commission rates may differ by AMC, scheme, asset category, transaction type and period. This creates a potential conflict of interest, which investors should consider when evaluating a distributed product. Current applicable commission information will be disclosed or made available as required.

Market-risk disclosure

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. NAVs may rise or fall, and neither principal nor returns are guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

No custody of investor money

Investors should make payments only through permitted banking and transaction channels in favour of the appropriate mutual fund or as directed by the authorised platform. Do not transfer investment money to a personal bank account or share passwords, PINs or one-time passwords.
